1 T Molasses
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
dash Nutmeg

2 cups Oats
1 cup Flour

Mix in the pumpkin mixture until well combined. Press into the bottom of a greased 9″X13″ baking dish or cookie sheet with high edges. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 min or until nicely browned. Cut immediately, let cool, then cut again before serving. Don’t eat them all in one sitting.
